Print Roulette

Stable

Self-hosted · open source · just for fun

Don't know what to print? Spin the wheel.

Print Roulette picks a model from MakerWorld, Printables, Cults3D or Thingiverse and links straight to its page – for the evenings when the printer is free and you have no idea what to print.

Free under AGPL-3.0 · No database, no login, no tracking · amd64 and arm64

Print Roulette with its prize wheel in four platform colours

One spin, one idea.

Spin for a random platform or roll on one directly. Every result links to the original model page, nothing is copied or stored.

Prize wheel

In the platform colours: spin for a random platform, or click a segment to roll on one platform directly.

Preview and creator

Preview image, title and creator wherever the platform provides them, with a link to the original page.

Filters

Free models only, and NSFW content hidden by default.

History

The last twelve rolls, stored only in your own browser. The space bar rolls again.

Six languages

English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, light and dark mode, works on phones.

Small and private

Standard library only, no database, a read-only container without root and a built-in health check.

Four platforms

  • MakerWorldPublic sitemaps, title and link only. No access needed.
  • PrintablesPublic GraphQL API with free and NSFW filters. No access needed.
  • Cults3DOfficial GraphQL API with your nickname and API key.
  • ThingiverseOfficial REST API with an app token, always free models.

One container, nothing to set up.

Start the container and open it in the browser. Cults3D and Thingiverse need an access key each; without one, the platform is simply left off the wheel.

Like what I build?

If one of my projects saves you time, you can buy me a coffee on Ko-fi. It keeps the printers running and the next idea coming.
